Carol Reausaw was present and expressedconcerns on abuse of the proposed ordinance. The public hearing was closed.The Board discussed the proposed Ordinance #11-01 and making minor changes to the wording ofthe proposed ordinance. Sleep expressed concerns on the 40 and 160 acre minimum and statedsome circumstance may arise where the 40 acre minimum could be a hardship.
