We see that Russia isa part of these events somehow whereasthe US – as the other actor – commentsupon developments without any delay.Therefore, we see a picture that includesmajor powers as well.PRICE INCREASE MAY NOT BE THE ONLYREASONArmenia’s self-built uncompromisingand warrior image in the region doomsArmenian citizens to poverty. Today, majortransport projects are being realizedin the Caspian Region which is a new attractioncenter for investments of Westernpowers. The region is economically growingwhile Armenia holds on to its uncompromisingattitude rather than usingthis historic change. According to SedaBirol, Expert at Caspian Strategy InstituteCenter on Politics and Social Research;these events can only be regarded as abeginning as long as the economic instability,inequality and isolation continue toexist in the region.
