Financial eBid As per BoQ (.XLS) formatavailable on eProc portalc) The bidder should ensure that all the required documents, as mentioned in this biddingdocument, are submitted along with the eBid and in the prescribed format only. Nonsubmissionof the required documents or submission of the documents in a differentformat/ contents may lead to the rejections of the eBid submitted by the bidder.5) Cost & Language of Biddinga) The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its eBid,and the procuring entity shall not be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of theconduct or outcome of the bidding process.b) The eBid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the eBid exchanged bythe Bidder and the procuring entity, shall be written only in English Language. Supportingdocuments and printed literature that are part of the eBid may be in another languageprovided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages inEnglish/ Hindi language, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the eBid, suchtranslation shall govern.6) Alternative/ Multiple BidsAlternative/ Multiple eBids shall not be considered at all.7) Bid Security (EMD)Every bidder, if not exempted, participating in the procurement process will be required tofurnish the bid security as specified in the NIB.a) In lieu of bid security, a bid securing declaration shall be taken from Departments of theState Government, Undertakings, Corporations, Autonomous bodies, Registered Societiesand Cooperative Societies which are owned or controlled or managed by the StateGovernment and Government Undertakings of the Central Government.b) Bid security instrument or cash receipt of bid security or a bid securing declaration shallnecessarily accompany the sealed technical bid.c) Bid security of a bidder lying with the procuring entity in respect of other bids awaitingdecision shall not be adjusted towards bid security for the fresh bids.
