Instructional League
Age: 7-12
This instructional league provides
the perfect balance of individual skill
work and game situation instruction.
Each day is split into two 45-minute
segments: the first focuses on honing
your fundamental offensive and
defensive skills; the second is designed
for game play and instruction in live
game situations. Instructor: White Sox

FUNdamentals Club
Age: 6-12
This four-week FUNdamentals Club
led by White Sox Academy instructors
allows players to learn essential
individual baseball skills. Fundamentals
covered will include throwing, hitting
and fielding. These skills will be
reinforced by using fun skill games (this
club is open to both boys and girls) (6

White Sox Pitching Club
Age: 6-12
We give you a first-hand look at the
pitching mechanics that all great
pitchers use! Pitching with accuracy,
velocity and minimal arm strain is no
accident. There is a process that should
be followed from Little Leagues to the
Big Leagues. Even if pitching is not
in your plans, throwing correctly is
critical to becoming a good baseball
player. Each student receives a White
Sox Pitching Club t-shirt and pitching
manual. Participants should wear
appropriate attire and bring a glove.

White Sox Hitting Club
Age: 6-12
It’s never too early to learn to hit
correctly before bad habits become
difficult to unlearn. We present your
hitter with a step-by-step approach
to hitting like a Major League player.
There are hitting “absolutes” that
must be present to be successful.
Softball players can greatly benefit
as well. Once each session, former
Major League and current White Sox
Academy Director Jim Adduci visits
and teaches the finer points of hitting.
Each student receives a White Sox
Hitting Club t-shirt and hitting manual.
Participants should wear appropriate
attire and bring a bat. Instructor: White
Sox Training Center Staff (4 classes).
