Take Advantage of Our Fitness Classes<br />

Whether you’re looking to take a class everyday or occasionally, we<br />

have a fitness class pass for you! Classes are available to nonmembers<br />

as well as members. Most classes require either monthly passes or<br />

punch cards in order to participate. Please inquire at the ASFC front<br />

A Salute to America’s Disabled Veterans<br />

Ackerman sports & Fitness Center is proud to offer the Healthy Minds/<br />

Healthy Bodies program for disabled veterans. This program offers a<br />

free 1-year membership for both the veteran and a partner along with<br />

a personal training program specifically designed to strengthen one’s<br />

physical and emotional well-being.<br />

ASFC has added new Scifit Pro2 exercise machines that are ADAcertified<br />

and can be used by both able and disabled body individuals,<br />

as well as several smaller enhancements that will increase the<br />

usage range for the current equipment. For more<br />
