Cake Decorating Basics
Age: 14 & Older
Make cakes look as good as they taste
with Wilton's fresh curriculum. This
course covers pattern transfer, star fillins,
zig-zag and shell boarders, figure
piping, printing, rosettes, pompom,
drop, ribbon rose and shaggy mum
flowers, leaves and filling cupcakes. We
begin decorating the first night. On the
last night of class, students bring skills
together to complete a cake. Cakes are
judged and winners receive additional
Wilton supplies. Supply list online at

task of child discipline with humor,
keen insight and proven experience.
This award-winning program provides
easy-to-follow steps for disciplining
children without yelling, arguing or
spanking.
You'll also learn how to control
obnoxious behavior, the Six Kinds of
Testing and Manipulation and how to
handle them, and what to do about
such issues as chores, practicing,
homework, messy rooms, lying and so
on. Dr. Thomas Phelan, internationally
renowned expert and lecturer on
parenting and Attention Deficit
Disorder, teaches the class.
A registered PhD clinical psychologist,
he appears frequently on radio and
television and has been engaged
in private practice since 1972. Onsite
childcare available through Kidz
Kingdom, please register each child
