Adventure Time Before & After School Program<br />

Adventure Time is a before and after school program providing safe, reliable care for children.<br />
The program is located at Forest Glen and Churchill Elementary Schools. Adventure Time staff provide supervised<br />
recreational activities, allowing time outside and indoors for students to unwind or gear up with sports, arts & crafts,<br />
and games. Quiet time is available for homework and relaxing with friends new and old.<br />
Please provide a snack for both AM and PM participants, time will be allotted for children to eat before and after school.<br />
All children in kindergarten through fifth grade are eligible for Adventure Time. Children in kindergarten are welcome to<br />
enroll, but only for the AM session if they attend AM kindergarten or the PM session if they attend PM kindergarten.<br />
Adventure Time Registration & Payment Information<br />
Adventure Time begins the first regular day of school and concludes the final day classes are in session. Children may<br />
be signed up for 3, 4 or 5 days a week. Parents, you may choose which days of the week you wish to use. Adventure<br />
Time will not meet on legal public holidays as determined by the District 41 school calendar.<br />
On early dismissal days, children will be dismissed to the Adventure Time room. On teachers’ institute days Adventure<br />
Time will be operating at Forest Glen only (Churchill children should be dropped off at Forest Glen on these days)<br />
and will be available from 7:30am-6pm. All students must bring a lunch on early dismissal and teacher institute days.<br />
Adventure Time will not meet over Thanksgiving break, Christmas break or Spring break.<br />
Registration will be for the complete year (September 2013-June 2014). A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required<br />
to register. An Electric Fund Transfer will be set up for nine equal payments to be made from a Visa, MasterCard or<br />
Discover Card. Payments will be made on the 15th of each month, August 2013-April 2014. For additional information,<br />
