It is recommended that a training file be developed<br />
for each employee, including management, to assist<br />
in identifying and tracking employee training requirements<br />
and documenting training performance.<br />
All personnel should be given introductory and<br />
recurrent SMS training. When establishing training<br />
requirements for the organization, you should:<br />
Include a safety orientation for all new personnel,<br />
stressing the organization’s commitment to safety<br />
and everyone’s role in the SMS.<br />
