Dear Mr. Moran:<br />
In accordance with 314 CMR 12.07 Seven (7), the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Chatham</strong> is hereby<br />
providing its 2011 Annual Report on the status <strong>of</strong> all new sewer connections, sewer<br />
bank allocations, and sewer flow transfers.<br />
In calendar year 2011 the attached three affidavit releasing a property’s unused<br />
sewage flow to the <strong>Town</strong>’s sewer bank and five (5) sewer bank applications that were<br />
approved during the calendar year leaves each <strong>of</strong> the following set aside balances as<br />
stated below:<br />

443 Main Street, 1710 gpd<br />
<strong>Chatham</strong> Village Market & CVS 12 Old Queen Anne Road, 18,067 gpd<br />
98 Library Lane, 24, & 26 Seaview Street, 3,070 gpd<br />
Total = 22,847 gpd<br />
Economic Development issued the returned unused flow:<br />
513 Main Street added 39 restaurant seats with a flow <strong>of</strong> 1365 gpd, and<br />
756 Main Street added 26 laundry machines, with a total flow <strong>of</strong> 10,400 gpd<br />
