The Sewer Bank Committee approved transferring 432 gallons per day from the<br />

returned unused flow to the Residential Expansion set a side on November 7, 2011.<br />

Calculating the above additions and deductions, the balance in the Returned Unused<br />

Flow Deposit is 10,650 gpd at the end <strong>of</strong> 2011.<br />

Residential Expansion<br />

On November 7, 2011, 432 gpd were transferred from Returned Unused Flow to the<br />

Residential Expansion set a side.<br />

The following property was issued an increase sewage flow for an additional<br />

bedroom with 110 gallons per day (gpd) per bedroom from the Residential Expansion<br />

set a side:<br />

39 Blackberry Lane<br />

Calculating the above addition and deduction from last year’s remain set a side<br />

balance leaves 330 gpd in the Residential Expansion set a side at the end <strong>of</strong> 2011.<br />

Commercial Expansion<br />

No commercial sewer flow increases were approved in 2011 keeping last years zero<br />

(0) balance at the end <strong>of</strong> 2011 in the Commercial Expansion set a side.<br />

Environmental or Public Health Emergency<br />

The following two Environmental or Public Health Emergency applications were<br />

approved in 2011.<br />

15 Kendrick Harvest Way with three bedrooms discharging 330 gpd and<br />

163 Cross Street with four bedrooms discharging 440 gpd<br />

Subtracting the two above referenced flows from the balances remaining at the end<br />

<strong>of</strong> calendar year 2010 leaves the following Health and Environment set a side<br />

balances at the end <strong>of</strong> 2011:<br />

* Health and Environment After = 386 gpd<br />

Discharge Exceeds 135,000 gpd<br />

* Health and Environment Before = 0 gpd<br />

Public Facilities<br />

No Public Facilities flow increases were approved in 2011 keeping last year’s zero (0)<br />

balance at the end <strong>of</strong> calendar year 2011.<br />
