issued by the Lieutenant-< hiverior of the Province
of Quebec, bearing date the eleventh day of
July. 1919, incorporating : L. Théodule Foisy,
merchant. Aimé Poitras. piano tuner. Max
Sehachtor, agent, Gubriollc Yozina. secretary,
Leopold Racette. pointer, all of the city of Montreal,
in the district of Montreal, for the following
purposes •
To deal in pianos, phonographs, musical instruments,
of all kinds, and all goods, wares and
merchandise incidental to the above business ;
To manufacture, import, export, buy and sell
all articles included in the said businesses ,
To acquire by purcha.se. lease or otherwise,
from any person, firm or company, as a going concern
or otherwise, any stock in trade', from s person,
firm or company carrying on the businesses

To acquire and take over the assets and liabilities
of any person, linn or company carrying on
