<strong>The</strong> <strong>Litvinenko</strong> <strong>Inquiry</strong><br />

personal office and went in to find Mr Berezovsky with two men. One of the men<br />

was Yuri Dubov, who worked with Mr Berezovsky. <strong>The</strong> other man was named Rafael<br />

Filinov. He was Russian, and had recently arrived in London from Moscow. Mr Cotlick<br />

was shown a T-shirt that Mr Filinov had given to Mr Berezovsky. Mr Filinov explained<br />

that he had been given the T-shirt in Moscow by Mr Lugovoy and, at Mr Lugovoy’s<br />

request, had delivered it as a gift to Mr Berezovsky. <strong>The</strong>re was writing printed on the<br />

T-shirt (which can be seen in the photographs of the T-shirt below). <strong>The</strong> writing was<br />

in extraordinary terms. <strong>The</strong> writing on the front of the T-shirt read “POLONIUM-210<br />

CSKA LONDON, HAMBURG To Be Continued”. <strong>The</strong> writing on the back of the T-shirt<br />

read, “CSKA Moscow Nuclear Death Is Knocking Your Door”. 10<br />
