Agrium Wholesale<br />
We operate one of the world’s largest fertilizer manufacturers<br />
with a capacity of 10 million metric tonnes of nitrogen,<br />
phosphate, potash and secondary nutrients at the<br />
end of 2015. Our products are predominately produced<br />
by 14 wholly owned primary production facilities and two<br />
joint venture facilities strategically located and marketed<br />
worldwide.<br />
We manufacture, market, and distribute three primary<br />
nutrients: nitrogen, phosphate, and potash. We service our<br />
customers through a network of over 100 distribution warehouses,<br />
supplied by 16 facilities worldwide. Our strengths<br />
include a low cost in-market position, the ability to leverage<br />
distribution, and a focus on continued incremental<br />
expansion at key facilities. We operate a distribution network<br />
throughout Europe and South America supplied in<br />
part by a 26 percent equity interest in MOPCO of Egypt and<br />
a 50 percent equity interest in Profertil of South America.<br />
