edition of INTERSICOP. INTERSICOP
2017 will change its name to the
International Bakery, Confectionery, Ice
Cream and Coffee Event, and will place
emphasis on boosting its international
outlook and representing innovation in
the industry it serves. Both the ice
cream sector and the coffee sector have
already been present at previous
editions of the trade fair, and will now
join the bakery and confectionery
sectors to form a trade fair that globally
responds to different types of
establishments and new trends in
distribution.
