<strong>CIMO</strong> will arrange eight courses in <strong>Finnish</strong><br />
language and culture in summer 2004. Three<br />
of them are exclusively for students from the<br />
Nordic countries. The courses are primarily<br />
intended for university students of <strong>Finnish</strong> language<br />
or linguistics. Applicants must be permanently<br />
resident outside Finland.<br />

Finno-Ugric languages, <strong>Finnish</strong> Embassies and<br />

Closing date for applications<br />
In the Nordic countries: February 13, 2004.<br />
In all other countries: February 27, 2004.<br />
Applicants will be notifi ed in writing about the<br />
selection decision by April 30, 2004.<br />
Scholarships<br />
Some scholarships will be granted by <strong>CIMO</strong>,<br />
primarily for full-time students who would not<br />
otherwise be able to participate. Applicants<br />
should apply for these grants on the course application<br />
form.<br />

university students and civil servants requiring<br />

Participants: The course is intended mainly for<br />

Participants: The course is intended for university<br />
students from all countries with the<br />
exception of the Nordic countries. The number<br />
