Concept Stream and, with this
new product, it is extending

The new tankless melter
Concept Stream is described
as a true all-rounder for
maximum flexibility and
safety. Due to the gentle and
consumption-dependent
melting, it is suitable for
applications with high as well
as low adhesive consumption.
Thanks to the short heat-up
time of 16 minutes at 160deg C,
the Concept Stream is ready
for operation quickly and

process. In addition, the
tried and tested CoolTouch
insulation reduces any risk
for the operator and minimises
energy consumption.
Also at the show, the new
RobaPUR 2 MOD melter is
designed for processing PUR
hot melts as well as various
other adhesives in different
block, granular or cushion
forms. Three variants, a very
high melting and delivery
rate, as well as melt-ondemand
technology makes
the unit ideal for use in simple
applications and also highly
dynamic processes such as
spinecoat and perfect binder
soft cover work.
Also, Robatech will
show the proven hot melt
application heads of the
Diamond Series. Precise,
durable and insulated with
CoolTouch, they can tackle
almost every gluing process.
Meanwhile, the new
SX LongLife jetting head is
ideal whenever durability
is demanded. SX LongLife is
the sustainable solution from
Robatech for the non-contact
application of low to medium
viscosity thermoplastic hot
melt adhesives. The longlasting
application head can
be used flexibly and offers
precise adhesive application
with perfect cut-off.
