Single-head tray erector billed
as probably the fastest around
Linkx Packaging Systems
says its new single-head
tray erector is possibly
the fastest available in the
world. To be launched at the
show, the TFS500 singlehead
tray erector provides
operational consistency and
efficiency at speeds of up to
60 trays per minute.
The Linkx TFS500 also
boasts the latest high
performance servo and
control technologies,
a compact vertical tray
magazine, versatile tray
style handling for fast, easy
size changes and a compact
footprint (typically under
1.2sq m).
This high specification
and modular construction
is designed to be future
proof for maximum return
on investment, says the
company. Its tooling can be
adapted to handle a wide
range of tray sizes and styles
from high and low walled,
shelf-ready (high back and
low fronted) to pizza style
cartons, so any future product
specification changes can be
handled easily.
Infeed and outfeed
can be tailored to exact
requirements for seamless
integration into existing or
new production lines.
For bigger board capacities,
a horizontal magazine is
also available which makes
