away with plenty of great prizes on 18 May <strong>2013</strong> at Tropicana<br />
City Mall during the ‘Cabutan Bertuah Pelanggan<br />
Prihatin’ for the months of <strong>Oct</strong>ober to December 2012<br />
and January to March <strong>2013</strong>. Prizes include a 42” LCD TV<br />
screen, iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2:7.0, Samsung Galaxy<br />
Ace and Samsung Galaxy Chat. Introduced in 2005, the<br />
‘Cabutan Bertuah Pelanggan Prihatin’ programme is an<br />
initiative to reward its customers for cooperating with<br />
them by reporting various cases of broken pipes, leaking<br />
pipes and water quality. This has enabled SYABAS to<br />
take swift action and at the same time increase the quality<br />
