Now, security seems to be much better”.<br />

bird rebates for standard units. What was quite impressive<br />
was that the two-day preview witnessed an impressive 80%<br />
take-up rate.<br />
Tropicana Heights in Kajang is set to become the next premium<br />
mixed development in the area, with its attractive combination<br />
of landed residences, condominiums and commercial<br />
precinct. <strong>The</strong> 198.5-acre development is now open for registration<br />
and will be launched soon, while its master plan is<br />
being developed and finalised.<br />
In Penang, Phase 1A of Penang WorldCity, which is known as<br />
Tropicana Bay Residences, was recently opened to the public<br />
for bookings, to which it received a strong positive response<br />
from investors and home seekers, many of whom were queuing<br />
up as early as 7.00 am. Building plans for this residential<br />
project are currently under development and not far from being<br />
finalised.<br />
As for the progress at Tropez Residences in Johor, the first<br />
phase of Tropicana Danga Bay which is strategically located<br />
within the Iskandar Malaysia region, was launched in December<br />
2011. <strong>The</strong> residential development’s recent achievements<br />
include a 100% take-up rate of its Block A, B and C, thanks to<br />
local and foreign investors from Indonesia, Singapore, China,<br />
