Tropicana Corporation Berhad announces the launch of the mixed development,
Pandora Serviced Residence at Tropicana Metropark’s groundbreaking ceremony
Commenting on the development, Dato’ Yau Kok Seng,
Group Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana said, “Tropicana
Metropark is the company’s launch pad to build its growth
momentum in 2013. It is the first major launch after our
recent announcement of its rebranding exercise. The lifestyle-inspired
and award-winning Tropicana Metropark will
create a new and unsurpassed benchmark for excellence in

Klang Valley.” The groundbreaking ceremony of Tropicana
Metropark was officiated by Subang Jaya Municipal Council
President Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Asmawi bin Kasbi and witnessed
by Edmund Kong, Deputy Group Managing Director of
Tropicana; Tuan Haji Abdullah Marjunid, Deputy President of
MPSJ; Dato’ Yau Kok Seng, Group Chief Executive Officer of
Tropicana; Keshminder Singh, Councilor of MPSJ and Pamela
Loh, Executive Director, Sales & Marketing of Tropicana. The
launch was a well-timed move considering the integrated development’s
recent prestigious five-star award win for ‘Best Mixed
Use Development’ at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2013.
Tropicana Corporation further demonstrated its continuous
strive for excellence with the launch of the Pandora Serviced
Residence, a mixed development possessing a gross development
value of RM360 million. The upscale development’s two
residential towers which offer 627 units with three design options
and built-up areas ranging from 600 to 1,200 square feet
were in high demand, with 70% of the total units taken up
