Tropicana Corporation Berhad announces the launch of the mixed development,<br />
Pandora Serviced Residence at Tropicana Metropark’s groundbreaking ceremony<br />
Commenting on the development, Dato’ Yau Kok Seng,<br />
Group Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana said, “Tropicana<br />
Metropark is the company’s launch pad to build its growth<br />
momentum in <strong>2013</strong>. It is the first major launch after our<br />
recent announcement of its rebranding exercise. <strong>The</strong> lifestyle-inspired<br />
and award-winning Tropicana Metropark will<br />
create a new and unsurpassed benchmark for excellence in<br />
design and sustainability.”<br />
He further added, “Tropicana Metropark marks yet another<br />
colourful chapter of our glowing accomplishments and is well<br />
placed to emerge as the preferred mixed development in the<br />
Klang Valley.” <strong>The</strong> groundbreaking ceremony of Tropicana<br />
Metropark was officiated by Subang Jaya Municipal Council<br />
President Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Asmawi bin Kasbi and witnessed<br />
by Edmund Kong, Deputy Group Managing Director of<br />
Tropicana; Tuan Haji Abdullah Marjunid, Deputy President of<br />
MPSJ; Dato’ Yau Kok Seng, Group Chief Executive Officer of<br />
Tropicana; Keshminder Singh, Councilor of MPSJ and Pamela<br />
Loh, Executive Director, Sales & Marketing of Tropicana. <strong>The</strong><br />
launch was a well-timed move considering the integrated development’s<br />
recent prestigious five-star award win for ‘Best Mixed<br />
Use Development’ at the Asia Pacific Property Awards <strong>2013</strong>.<br />
Tropicana Corporation further demonstrated its continuous<br />
strive for excellence with the launch of the Pandora Serviced<br />
Residence, a mixed development possessing a gross development<br />
value of RM360 million. <strong>The</strong> upscale development’s two<br />
residential towers which offer 627 units with three design options<br />
and built-up areas ranging from 600 to 1,200 square feet<br />
were in high demand, with 70% of the total units taken up<br />
