TROPICANA METROPARK: THE FUTURE
OF URBAN LIVING
The growing community of affluent families and individuals
in KL has notibly increased over the years along with the
need for new luxury homes that meet the requirements of
this demanding segment of the market. As a result, the official
launch of Tropicana Metropark on 31 May 2013 was a highly
anticipated event, as the project is considered amongst one of
Tropicana Corporation’s well-planned integrated mixed development
projects in the Klang Valley, touted to bring much
growth to the Subang and Shah Alam established townships
and its affluent neighbourhoods.
Covering 88 acres with a gross floor area of approximately
11 million square feet, this project with an estimated gross
development value of RM6.3 billion is fully integrated, offering
a good mix of residential, office space, retail, hotel, entertainment
hubs, as well as learning and medical centres. Res-
idents have the advantage of the nine-acre green oasis called
the ‘Central Park’ in the heart of Tropicana Metropark, which
can be fully utilised for sporting or leisure activities such as
jogging, cycling, morning exercises or even a picnic. In addition,
the presence of an F&B strip offers plenty of choices for
alfresco indulgence.
Taking potential home owners every need and desire into
consideration was an integral element in the conceptulisation
of Tropicana Metropark – which will see its final completion
in 2025. Easily accessed from the Federal Highway
via a RM150 million flyover, which will be constructed by
Tropicana Corporation Berhad in 2014 and expected to be
completed by 2016, the project has atttracted more than its
fair share of attention for its urban solutions perspective on
modern living.
