25. SHARE BASED PAYMENTS
Details of the share option scheme are shown in the Directors’ remuneration report on page 37 under the heading Share option schemes which is
within the audited part of this report. Further details of the share option schemes are set out below.

On the 5 February 2018 the company entered into an agreement with G.Casey to surrender the 80,000 options which were granted in 2010. The
aggregate consideration paid by the group to effect the cancellation was £1. There are no performance or service conditions attached to 2015
options which are outstanding at 31 December 2017 which vested in 2015.
On 6 February 2018 the company granted additional options to the following directors of the company:
• A.Heller 150,000 options at an exercise price of 73.50p per share.
• G.Casey 230,000 options at an exercise price of 73.50p per share.
The above options vest on date of grant and are exercisable within a period of 10 years from date of grant. There are no performance or service
conditions attached to the options.
