R: How did you come up with the name?<br />
Two of us, myself and Daddae, we were<br />
like Soul II Soul, before we were called<br />
Jah Rico, like any family your sort of<br />
dysfunctional, which is also part of your<br />
brilliance I guess.<br />
R: People will remember your songs<br />
Back to Life (However Do You Want<br />
Me) and Keep On Moving, back in 1988,<br />
what’s been the secret to your continued<br />
success?<br />
I don’t know [laughs] that’s one of the<br />
things with this game, there are no rules<br />
or anything like that, it ain’t what you do<br />
but the way that you do it!<br />
R: Well I have heard that somewhere<br />
before? [Laughs]<br />
How do you think Soul II Soul shows have<br />
changed over time?<br />
Well, three members have gone to the<br />
upper room, so that shows a few changes<br />
have had to be made, it doesn’t get<br />
anymore real than that does it? It’s all part<br />
of the journey.<br />
R: You embark on your 30 th anniversary<br />
