hope an investor sees what<br />
a good brand it is for the UK<br />

for UK hotel breaks since I<br />
started in retail nearly 30<br />
years ago."<br />
"It would be great if Super<br />
Break is saved but it needs<br />
to solely concentrate on UK<br />
short breaks. Forget European<br />
packages and go back to the<br />
basics!"<br />
"It was a company that always<br />
dealt with any issues, on the<br />
rare occasion there were any,<br />
and was so agent friendly."<br />
"Years ago there were so many<br />
to choose from: Highliffe,<br />
Rainbow, London <strong>Travel</strong><br />
Service and Golden Rail. I<br />
think most have merged into<br />
one now."<br />
"We have a UK hotel booked<br />
for a clients' golden wedding<br />
anniversary and it isn't<br />
covered by ABTA, but we have<br />
already paid Super Break. We<br />
now have to pay for the hotel<br />
so the clients don’t lose out -<br />
and it was an expensive hotel!"<br />
"We had to turn a customer<br />
away recently. They wanted a<br />
rail break with Super Break and<br />
we hadn't any alternatives to<br />
switch-sell to."<br />
"It shows the huge problem in<br />
travel: when companies are<br />
profitable but the parent<br />
company is not."<br />

asking if he can take<br />
his two pet hamsters<br />
