First, you need to reserve a stay and activities you want to

try a week earlier by phone. The farm accommodation has

rooms for 4 to 6 people for between 80,000 to 100,000 won

per night. All rooms are equipped with necessary facilities,

but there are no Western style beds in the rooms, so you

can deliberately experience the beauty of the rural Korean

lifestyle. Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the main

building, with a Korean restaurant and lecture rooms on the

1st floor. The restaurant serves free breakfast for the guests

and runs from 10am to 9pm daily, but you should reserve

a meal beforehand. There is an organic Korean table, a

mushroom hot pot, and delicious Korean noodles.

When baking, we made dough for cookies and shaped it with

funny cookie cutters about an hour. Then, it took 20 minutes in

the oven, after which we were able to immediately enjoy our

fresh, handmade cookies. Then, just in front of the Center, in the

fields filled with pears, persimmons, and peaches, we were each

allowed to pick four enormous and pulpy pears to take home.

Later on, we visited the wall art street with colorful paintings

before finally heading out on a three-hour bike ride activity

(bicycles are available for 1, 2, or 4 people). The bicycle lane

passes along a beautiful stretch of scenery for 700m up to the

entrance of Hanok Village. So, if you’re in the need for some

fresh air and want to enjoy the feeling of a rural lifestyle, why

not try riding a bicycle along this beautiful cherry blossom

lane in the spring?

Outside, you can enjoy basic activities for a group of 10 and

more people. There are seasonal activities which include:

making young radish kimchi and kimjang kimchi (20,000 won

each) and harvesting pears (10,000 won per person).

Year-round activities include making fermented soybean

paste or soy sauce (20,000 won per person) and planting

crops, baking cookies, or making an eco-bag (7,000 won each).

Personally, I enjoyed making cookies and harvesting pears. It

wasn't difficult, but fun and fast.
