Lyme Bay <strong>Wine</strong>ry is a small and dedicated West Country company passionate about<br />
producing delicious, award-winning English wines in Devon’s beautiful Axe Valley.<br />
Under the watchful eye of the brilliant winemaking team and using secret blends<br />
of local ingredients, they take great care crafting traditional recipes into awardwinning<br />
wines. Each of these are blended and aged on-site at the winery. Their still<br />
wines, including the well-balanced and refreshing Shoreline, go from strength-tostrength.<br />
Working with the best grape growers across the UK they take the best fruit<br />
to make the best wines they can. Their sparkling wines, such as Brut Reserve and<br />
Sparkling Rosé are a true labour of love. Three years of patience and more than 15<br />
separate processes are involved in making their traditional method sparkling wine.<br />
