Comlux Completion is our completion and maintenance division,<br />
based in Indianapolis, US. Comlux Transactions is our aircraft sales<br />
& acquisition division based in Zurich, Switzerland.<br />
The three divisions work seamlessly to provide customers the<br />
services that they need, whether it is about a new aircraft purchase,<br />
a new cabin or a refurbishment, the private or commercial operations<br />
of their aircraft, or charter solutions. The synergies among the three<br />
units allow the customers to get a single professional and efficient<br />
interface for all his/her needs in VIP aviation.<br />

MANAGEMENT DIVISION?<br />
Comlux Aviation is headquartered in Malta and has three AOC: Malta,<br />
Aruba, Kazakhstan. We have commercial offices based in Malta,<br />
Zurich, Almaty, Hong Kong, Moscow, Dubai, Miami, to serve our<br />
customers’ needs in their local regions and time zones.<br />
We offer management services in complete and partial packages;<br />
catering to both private and commercial operations regardless of the<br />
type. Our goal is to provide solutions that are highly tailored to meet<br />
the clients’ needs and desires.<br />
Our Malta office houses all services in-house which allows for efficient<br />
and timely operations. Continuing Airworthiness Management,<br />
Dispatch and Flight Planning, Crew Control and Travel, Charter Sales<br />
and Client Services, and Finance are co-located at our headquarters.<br />
We are particularly proud of our ability to seamlessly support<br />
operations from light and mid-size jets to wide-bodies. The<br />
foundation of our operation is a highly knowledgeable and technical<br />
team supported by a strong safety and compliance culture. Comlux<br />
Aviation is one of the few operators in the world approved as a Stage<br />
3 IS-BAO Operator.<br />
