We now find ourselves in a period where we are all facing a severe economic damper. Covid-19 has struck a major blow to all sectors of tourism: winter, summer, national and international. This means that 80% of our Group’s business activities are confronted with challenges that no one could have predicted. Doppelmayr Direct Drive The Doppelmayr Direct Drive is a gearless, low-maintenance and whisper-quiet drive solution. The pandemic crisis has hit the very economic sector that is dedicated to bringing enjoyment to people’s lives and offering them well-earned leisure time particularly hard. Our ropeway installations enable people to enjoy nature in all its many facets and to marvel at places they might not otherwise have reached.
