CREAM O’BROCCOLI SOUP<br />

INGREDIENTS<br />
• 6 chicken bouillon cubes<br />
• ¼ tsp. salt & pepper<br />
• ¼ c. dry onion flakes<br />
• 8 oz. pkg Kluski noodles<br />
• 2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli<br />
• 6 c. whole mile<br />
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese<br />
• hint of sugar (to taste)<br />
• season salt (to taste)<br />
DIRECTIONS<br />
Boil 6 c. of water with the 6 bouillon cubes. Add Kluski noodles, ¼ salt,<br />
peppr & ¼ c. dry onion flakes. Cook per noodle package instructions,<br />
remove from heat.<br />
Cook 2 pkg frozen broccoli, drain well. Add to soup and stir in 6 c. whole<br />
milk. Turn heat to medium/med high<br />
Cut 1lb Velveeta into chunks and stir in until melted. Season with hint of<br />
sugar and seasoned salt to taste.<br />
