HOT MILK CAKE<br />

INGREDIENTS<br />
• 2 eggs (or 4-6 egg yolks)<br />
• 1 c. flour<br />
• 1 c. sugar<br />
• 1 tsp. baking powder<br />
• ½ tsp. vanilla<br />
• salt<br />
• ½ c. scalded milk<br />
(cook in sauce pan until boiled along with walnut sized chunk of butter)<br />
DIRECTIONS<br />
I usually double this recipe and put in bundt pan to bake (be sure to use<br />
Crisco and flour in bundt pan to avoid sticking)<br />
Bake at 375 degree oven 20-25 minutes (with double recipe more like 25<br />
minutes)<br />
