MAPLE ALMOND COOKIES<br />

Gluten and dairy free dessert - but delicious!<br />
INGREDIENTS<br />
• 2 c. almond flour (flour, not meal)<br />
• ½ tsp. baking powder<br />
• ¹∕ ³ c. maple syrup<br />
• 2 tsp. vanilla<br />
DIRECTIONS<br />
Mix baking powder with almond flour.<br />
Stir in other ingredients and stir together (or mush together with your<br />
(clean) hands)<br />
Form balls<br />
Flatten balls for a crisper cookie. Leave as balls for a softer cookie.<br />
Bake at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes<br />
You can omit baking powder to make a Passover cookie.<br />
