CINNAMON ROLLS<br />

INGREDIENTS<br />
Topping Ingredients:<br />
• 1 c. whipping cream<br />
• 1 c. brown sugar<br />
Filling Ingredients:<br />
• ¾ c. sugar<br />
• 3 tsp. cinnamon<br />
• ½ c. butter, softened<br />
Rolls Ingredients:<br />
• 3 ½ c. flour<br />
• 1 pkg yeast<br />
• ¼ c. sugar<br />
• 1 tsp. salt<br />
• 1 c. hot water<br />
• 2 Tbsp. of butter<br />
• 1 egg<br />
• 1 tsp. vanilla<br />
DIRECTIONS<br />
Mix topping in 9x13 inch pan.<br />
Mix ingredients together for 3 minutes on medium speed (use ½ of flour).<br />
Stir in remaining flour and knead.<br />
Roll out, spread with filling, and roll up, seal, and cut into 20 rolls.<br />
Place in pan and let rise until double.<br />
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.<br />
