EASY CORNBREAD PUDDING<br />

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes<br />

Cook Time: 45 minutes<br />

INGREDIENTS<br />

• 2 eggs<br />

• 1 can (15 and ¼ oz.) whole kernel corn, drained<br />

• 1 can (14 and 3/4 oz.) creamed corn<br />

• 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream<br />

• ½ c. butter, melted<br />

• 1 package (8 and ½ oz.) Jiffy Brand cornbread/muffin mix<br />

DIRECTIONS<br />

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl<br />

Add in the Jiffy mix, stir together until blended<br />

Pour the mixture into a greased 3 quart baking dish<br />

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted<br />

near the center comes out clean, serve warm<br />
