SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE I<br />

INGREDIENTS<br />

Casserole Ingredients<br />

• 2½ lbs (4 c.) sweet potatoes,<br />

peeled, cooked, and mashed<br />

• ¹∕ ³ c. melted butter<br />

• 2 eggs<br />

Topping Ingredients<br />

• ½ c. chopped pecans<br />

• ½ c. brown sugar<br />

• 3 Tbsp. melted butter<br />

DIRECTIONS<br />

Mix ingredients well and spread in 1½ quart greased casserole dish.<br />

Sprinkle on topping and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.<br />
