GOURMET TOAST WITH<br />

WALNUT-KACHKÉIS,<br />

ROCKET & SUN-DRIED TOMATOES<br />

4 slices 7 minutes 3 minutes<br />

› 150 g EKABE Kachkéis with<br />

walnuts<br />

› 4 slices of farmhouse bread<br />

› 150 g dried tomatoes<br />

› 1 handful rocket, fresh<br />

› 1 handful walnuts<br />

› Olive oil<br />

› Salt and freshly ground pepper<br />

1 Toast the slices of bread.<br />

2 Spread a generous layer of Ekabe Walnut Kachkéis on each slice.<br />

3 Arrange the sun-dried tomatoes on top and decorate with the rocket<br />

and walnuts. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, place some walnuts on it<br />

and season with salt and pepper.
