ORDERING INFORMATION<br />
DELIVERY WITHIN GERMANY:<br />
Dispatch Methods:<br />
The prices are calculated for standard parcel inclusive insurance (excluding hazardous goods or bulky goods<br />
fees) please see bellow the current prices.<br />
up to 2 Kg 5,90€ up to 50kg 19,90€<br />
up to 10 Kg 7,90€ up to 75kg 29,90€<br />
up to 25 Kg 10,90€ up to 100kg 39,90€ (the price includes 19%VAT)<br />
Extra Shipping Costs for Bulky Items and Hazardous Goods:<br />
Resin and hardener systems are treated as hazardous goods and some packaging units as bulky goods. These<br />
products are send especially via freight carrier only. For glass or carbon fabrics which are 100cm width or<br />
bigger, the shipping costs will be 9,70€. You will be informed in a separate e-mail about the shipping cost, if this<br />
applies to your order.<br />
Island <strong>Delivery</strong>:<br />
<strong>Delivery</strong> to islands has normally a fee of 14,50€ per courier service. Hazardous goods will only be delivered by<br />
freight carrier.<br />
<strong>Delivery</strong> per Forward Agency:<br />
Certain hazardous goods or very heavy rolls can only be dispatched by freight carrier.<br />
You can contact us per e-mail or even calling and requesting the shipping cost to your city or country. Otherwise,<br />
you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation concerning the shipping charges.<br />
The freight by truck depends on the weight and distance. The actual freight charges will always be charged.<br />
DELIVERY TIME:<br />
Please allow two working days for goods which are delivered within Germany and up to 6 working days for the<br />
delivery to foreign countries. The goods are dispachted within 24hours after receiving the payment.<br />
Order today, delivery tomorrow:<br />
With Guaranteed 24 Service it is possible to receive your goods the next day. The goods will leave our warehouse only<br />
after payment. Please note that the order must be made until <strong>12</strong> o‘clock and an 8,95€ extra charge for this service.<br />
*Apllies from Mondays till Thursdays.<br />
You can schedule your delivery for 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 or <strong>12</strong>:00 o‘clock on the next day.<br />
* Please note that this service does not cover the whole of Germany, please inform us about your postal code<br />
