can experience the ancient Japanese onsen culture.<br />

ailments with toji, the art of therapeutic bathing. One of<br />

the best places to visit an onsen is in Kusatsu, a town<br />

famous for its warm mineral springs.<br />

The two most famous ski resorts in<br />

Japan are Niseko and the Hakuba Valley.<br />

Incredibly well developed and packed with great hotels,<br />

restaurants, and nightlife, they’re magnets for skiers around<br />

the world. Plus, the Japanese take on après-ski of ramen<br />

noodles and hot tubs is worth checking out alone.<br />
