My name is Janey Bass. I have been a Delray Beach<br />
resident for 30 years and I credit my success to the<br />
blessing of many solid friendships and good people<br />
that have been put in my path along the way. Prior to real<br />
estate, I worked in interior design for 15 years owning a<br />
successful business.<br />
While juggling a business, I had the unique challenge of<br />
raising three children as a single mom. Being dedicated, loyal<br />
and ambitious are second nature to me. They are God’s gifts<br />
that He has equipped me with to get the job done! Working<br />
towards client’s goals daily, while being consistently inspired<br />
by my children, are the secrets to my success.<br />
Understanding how to help clients navigate the buying and<br />
selling process is how I became one of Posh Properties Top<br />
10 Agents. I specialize in selling off-market properties and<br />
flipping with developers as I understand the remodeling<br />
process and the potential profit that can be made in today’s<br />
market. Most importantly, I have been able to find my client’s<br />
homes for a price they never thought possible, while also<br />
relocating them into homes that together they’ve created<br />
their dream home.<br />
