These attributes are a large part of his success as a Realtor these past 11 years. When he is not assisting clients in real estate, Bob can often be seen around town playing guitar and singing in Invasion Duo, a band that highlights British hits from the early 60’s. After receiving a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, Bob embarked on a 30-year career as a Senior Buyer for a major department store and then as a Sales Manager and Account Executive for several major textile manufacturers. His most recent sale at 1371 Estuary Trail Delray Beach, has direct intra-coastal views. Estuary is one of only a few 24-hour guard gated communities in east Delray Beach. “I see the recent frenzy in the real estate market over the past 3 years subsiding and returning to a healthy balanced market. Delray Beach in particular, is highly desirable due to its proximity to the beach, fine dining and live music. Delray Beach is a blend of a New England seaside town and Greenwich Village New York all rolled into one. You can see anything from casual locals to celebrities driving Ferraris; it attracts all types of people and offers a little bit of everything,” said Bob, adding, “Delray Beach is becoming less and less seasonal.
