koymayı hedeflediklerini aktaran Karace, en son
üretim tekniklerinin, üretim makinelerinin ve lazer
kaynak sistemli, robotik araçların kullanıldığı üretim
tesislerinde pazar taleplerine yanıt vermek üzere
çalışmalarını sürdürdüklerini ve hedeflerinin daha
güzel bir gelecek için kimyasal tüketimini ozon ile
olabildiğince azaltmak olduğunu söyledi.
TOLKAR ihracatta güçleniyor
1969 yılında kurulan TOLKAR’ın bugün, İzmir Atatürk
Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde bulunan ve son teknoloji
ile üretim yapan üç fabrikası ve 300’den fazla
çalışanı ile sektöre hizmet verdiğini anlatan Ata
Karace, Türkiye’nin en büyük üreticisi unvanını alarak
pazar lideri konumuna geldiklerini söyledi. Çeşitli
modellerden yılda ortalama olarak 3500 makine
ürettiklerini aktaran Karace sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü:
“Şirketimiz, bu ürünlerini 40’ın üzerinde ülkeye ihraç
ederek, dünyaca tanınan bir marka konumunda
bulunuyor. Yurt içinde yer alan 19 bölge satış ve
servis müdürlüklerimiz, yurt dışında yer alan 30’dan
fazla distribütör ve servis noktamız ile müşterilerimize
zamanında satış ve servis hizmetini profesyonel olarak
vermekteyiz. Son 3 yıldır ihracat satışlarımız yurt
içi satış rakamlarımızın önüne geçmiş durumda.”
Ayrıca otomasyon ve Endüstri 4.0 uygulamaları
kapsamında da önemli adımlar attıklarını anlatan
Karace, 2019 yılında TOLKAR Future ile insansız
çamaşırhane ve tekstil yıkama tesislerinin kurulumunu
gerçekleştirdiklerini söyledi. Tüm yıkama,
kurutma, kimyasal transferi, reçete hazırlama ve
raporlamaları tek bir merkezden kontrol ederek,
yükleme ve tekstil transferlerini otomatik konveyörler
ile sağlayarak neredeyse tamamen insansız bir
işletme kurmayı başardıklarını dile getiren Karace;
“Dünyada değişmeyen tek şeyin değişim olduğu
bilinci ile TOLKAR, günümüzde sürdürdüğü misyonu
doğrultusunda gelecekte de yeni nesillere örnek
bir marka olmaya devam edecektir. Tekstil terbiye
sektöründe yeniliği ve dönüşümü deneyimlemek
için tüm ziyaretçilerimizi standımıza bekliyoruz”
diyerek sözlerini noktaladı.

Stating that they aim to create products
that will make a difference in technological,
ecological and economic terms with the
projects they carry out in their R&D centers
in this context, Karace said that they continue
to work to respond to market demands
in production facilities where the latest production
techniques, production machines
and robotic tools with laser welding systems
are used and that their goal is to reduce
chemical consumption with ozone as much
as possible for a better future.
TOLKAR strengthens in exports
Ata Karace explained that TOLKAR, which
was founded in 1969, today serves the
sector with three factories located in İzmir
Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone and
producing with the latest technology and
more than 300 employees, and said that
they have become the market leader by
obtaining the title of Türkiye’s largest manufacturer.
He stated that they produce 3500
machines of various models on average
per year and continued his words as follows:
“Our company exports these products
to more than 40 countries and is a globally
recognized brand. With our 19 regional
sales and service directorates in Türkiye
and more than 30 distributors and service
points abroad, we provide timely sales and
service to our customers professionally.
For the last 3 years, our export sales have
surpassed our domestic sales figures.”
Karace explained that they have also taken
important steps in automation and Industry
4.0 applications, and said that they realized
the installation of unmanned laundry
and textile washing facilities with TOLKAR
Future in 2019. Noting that they managed to
establish an almost completely unmanned
enterprise by controlling all washing, drying,
chemical transfer, recipe preparation and
reporting from a single center and providing
loading and textile transfers with automatic
conveyors, Karace said: “With the awareness
that the only thing that does not
change in the world is change, TOLKAR will
continue to be an exemplary brand for new
generations in the future in line with its mission
today. We welcome all our visitors to our
booth to experience innovation and transformation
in the textile finishing industry.”
