Our fax is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, (use fax order sheet on back of cover). Please state part number, full description of item(s), and quantity. Give your name, address, phone number, and account number (if known). If your mailing address and shipping address are different, please give both. P.O. Box numbers are not deliverable addresses. If incorrect address information is given, an address correction fee may be charged. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax. Please use part number when ordering. We will not be responsible for errors in parts ordered by description only! Special orders may not be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer. All special orders are subject to freight and handling charges from the manufacturer. Special orders are non-returnable. A signed build sheet must accompany all orders for custom-built parts or merchandise (radiators, rearends, etc.). No returns will be accepted on special orders and custom-built items. All orders C.O.D. money order or credit card (Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover® or American Express®). Any pre-approved check returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a $15.00 service fee. Fed-Ex® and UPS® shipping is available using credit card or C.O.D. money order. All returns must have an RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the box, and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. No returns after 30 days. Returned parts must be stocking items and in current packaging. Discontinued parts and parts in outof-date packaging cannot be returned. No returns on used items, electronic items, or special order items.
