Χατζηβασιλείου ξεκίνησε τη δημοσιογραφική της καριέρα
εκφωνώντας το πρώτο δελτίο ειδήσεων της ιδιωτικής τηλεόρασης, στο δημοτικό
TV100 της Θεσσαλονίκης, για το οποίο μάλιστα, εξαιτίας της μη ύπαρξης νομικού πλαισίου,
διώχθηκε ποινικά! Από τότε η καριέρα της υπήρξε σταθερά ανοδική και λαμπερή. Ο
Ant1 την εμπιστεύεται για 9 χρόνια σαν ανταποκρίτριά του και το 2002 ήρθε η πρόταση
του Alpha και η επιτυχία των εκπομπών «Έχεις Γράμμα» και «Πάμε Πακέτο». Ζώντας μεταξύ
Θεσσαλονίκης και Αθήνας, μητέρα δύο αγοριών, Διευθύντρια Έκδοσης του περιοδικού
Prevention, συγγραφέας του best seller «Νιάτα Διαρκείας» (εκδ. Φερενίκη), σύζυγος
και... αθλήτρια, δείχνει να ισορροπεί τα πάντα με δεξιοτεχνία ενός θηλυκού Ντέιβιντ Κόπερφιλντ.To
Hilton Athens είναι το ξενοδοχείο που προτιμά για τη διαμονή της στην Αθήνα
γιατί «εκτός από κεντρικό, είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο με στυλ και ποικιλία επιλογών, τόσο σε
δραστηριότητες όσο και στο φαγητό». Υπέρμαχος της σωστής διατροφής, έχει αδυναμία
στο Βυζαντινό, κυρίως για τη μεγάλη ποικιλία από υγιεινές και διαιτητικές επιλογές στο
πρωινό και το brunch του. «Λατρεύω την ποικιλία από φρέσκα φρούτα, βιολογικά γιαούρτια,

μÀ∑∞¡Δπ¡O Εδώ και λίγες ημέρες ένα άρωμα ανανέωσης κυριαρχεί στο εστιατόριο
Βυζαντινό του Hilton Αθηνών. Ο χώρος έγινε πιο ζεστός με την πορφυρή μοκέτα, ενώ το
φως, που περνάει μέσα από τα βυζαντινά μοτίβα των παραθύρων και των διακοσμητικών,
δημιουργεί ευχάριστους ιριδισμούς. Το μενού à la carte φέτος έχει ανανεωθεί σημαντικά.

Vicky Hatzivassiliou began her journalistic career by presenting the first news bulletin on
private television at Thessaloniki's municipal station TV 100. Because of the fact that no
legal framework existed for its operation, she was legally persecuted. Since then, her
career has been on the up and bright. Ant1 trusted her for 9 years as a correspondent
and in 2002 she went to Alpha where her programs «Ehis Gramma» and «Pame Paketo»
have been a huge success. Living between Thessaloniki and Athens, she is a mother of two
boys, a wife, the Editing Director of the magazine Prevention, author of the best seller
«Endless Youth» (Fereniki Publications), and... an athlete. She manages to balance
everything with the talent of a female David Copperfield. The Athens Hilton is the hotel
that she prefers when she is staying in Athens because «besides it being located in the
center, it is a hotel with style and a variety of choices in activities offered and its food».A
supporter of healthy eating, she has a weakness for the Bizantino, mainly for its large
selection of food, from healthy to diet breakfasts and brunch. «I love a large variety of
fresh fruit, biological yoghurts, juices, cheese and rye bread. And of course, when my
schedule allows it, I have the à la carte menu for dinner».
BYZANTINE For the past few days, you can feel the scent of renewal at the Byzantine
restaurant of the Hilton Athens.The environment became warmer with the red carpet
while the light sliding through the Byzantine motives of the windows and the decorative
elements creates beautiful plays of colours.This season, Byzantine features also a new,
improved a la carte menu.Acclaimed German executive chef Andreas Scheuregger and
Greek chef George Koskinas, both with high experience in some of the most important
Hilton hotels worldwide, have given the traditional greek and mediterranean recipes an
