How does it work?<br />

You run/walk along your coach (an experienced psycho<strong>the</strong>rapist) <strong>and</strong><br />

talk about your troubles or whatever you wish to sort out.<br />

The speed is adjusted to your fitness.<br />

What is <strong>the</strong> advantage of combining a <strong>the</strong>rapy session with<br />

jogging/walking?<br />

Gentle jogging provides you with a multi-effect:<br />

During exercise <strong>the</strong> brain releases endorphins which make you feel<br />

good.<br />

Both brain halves are getting stimulated. This has a relaxing effect on<br />

you.<br />

You will feel more creative. My best ideas I get while jogging along!<br />

Sorting out your thoughts <strong>and</strong> feelings while jogging along will provide<br />

you with an immediate sense of wellbeing.<br />
