Feature Description
List of defined modems � This list shows all previously configured modems.
� If you click a modem in the list the parameters for this will be shown.
Name � Shows the name of the modem that is selected in the list of defined modems.
Modem type � Shows the type of the defined modem.
Device � Shows which interface of device the modem is connected to.
Port settings -
� TO3100 GSM: The already integrated modem is connected to the COM2
interface.
Bit rate � Shows the maximum bit rate that can be used for transmission between the
modem and the COM port on the TO3100 device.
Data bits � Number of bits that are transferred in a data packet.
Parity � Shows whether error checking is carried out or not.
Stop bits � Number of stop bits between two transferred data packets.
Flow control � Shows how the data flow between the serial interface and the modem is
controlled.
GSM � This field is only available when the GSM modem entry is selected in the
"Modem type" field.
PIN code � This field contains the PIN code for the SIM card in the connected GSM modem.
HSCSD � The feature HSCSD is no longer provided
ISDN � The feature ISDN is no longer provided
Initialization � This field is only available when the "POTS modem" or "GSM modem" entry is
selected in the "Modem type" field.
Initialization � Shows the AT command that is used to initialise the modem.
Dial prefix � Shows the number needed to get an outside line when the selected connection
is on an extension.
Dial delay � Shows the time that needs to elapse after hanging up before redialling is
possible.
