5.2.9 System – Software :: Time<br />
Field Description<br />
Time zone � Select a time zone from the listing.<br />

� The valid properties for that time zone are displayed in the fields below.<br />
� When the configuration is sent the time of the unit is synchronised with that of the<br />
service PC.<br />
External time sync � Periodic synchronization of the time of the device with the time of an external unit.<br />

Source � Choose the source with which the time should be synchronized<br />

- the <strong>TO3100</strong> is connected to the IBIS vehicle bus<br />
� Set this intervall parameter to synchronize the time<br />

In this dialogue box choose your time<br />
zone and the settings for automatic<br />
time synchronization.<br />
Caution: If you reset the time of<br />
the <strong>TO3100</strong> unit backwards, and<br />
you then save the new<br />
configuration, all the video<br />
footage which is now in the<br />
future according to the new<br />
time, is automatically deleted!<br />
� If this value is reached the system time will synchronized. The system will reboot<br />
after each time synchronization process<br />
