Adolph O. Infanger, 99, Sarasota, died May 19, 1996.
He was born Feb. 16, 1897, in Brooklyn, N.Y., and came to Sarasota 45 years ago from Maplewood, NJ.
He retired as vice president of the Hanover Insurance Co. in New York after 18 years. He was a graduate
of Cornell University, Class of 1919, and had served in the Navy during World War I. He was a member
of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Catherine M. Crehan of Sarasota and Ann of Greensburg, Pa.; a son,
Frank C. of Sarasota; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Burial
will be in Madison, N.J. Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home is in charge. Memorial donations may be
made to a favorite charity.
