of the Americas and the Christ The King Rosary Society. Mass of Christian Burial will be<br />

celebrated at Christ The King Catholic Church, Houtzdale, PA, on Friday, Dec. 22, 2006<br />

at 10:00 am with Fr. Zab Amar as the celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Mary's<br />

Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery Ramey, PA.<br />

KORLINCHAK, Anna (Orlosky)<br />

Anna Korlinchak, Nanty Glo, Succombs Mrs. Anna (Orlosky) Korlinchak of 1276 Lloyd<br />

Street, Nanty Glo, died at 10:45 a.m. Dec. 31, 1972, at the home of her daughter, with<br />

whom she resided. Mrs. Korlinchak, who was 81, was born Dec. 28, 1891, in Austria, a<br />

daughter of Anthony and Theresa Orlosky. She was preceded in death <strong>by</strong> her husband,<br />

Alex, and son Joseph. Surviving are these children; Julia, wife of Michael Nedrich, with<br />

whom she resided, and Michael, both of Nanty Glo; Miss Ann Korlinchak; Kaye, wife of<br />

Anthony Garbacz, and Mary, wife of Roland Basden, all of Brooklyn, N.Y. and Mrs.<br />

Susan Porter, Columbus, O. Also surviving are eight great-grandchildren. Friends were<br />

received at the Richard D. Ondriezek Funeral Home in Nanty Glo where Parastas was<br />

sung at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Divine Liturgy was celebrated at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St.<br />

Nicholas Greek Catholic Church, Nanty Glo, <strong>by</strong> Rev. Father John Petro. Burial followed<br />

KORLINCHAK, Anna<br />

Anna Korlinchak of 1308 East 51st Street, Brooklyn, N.Y., formerly of Nanty Glo, died<br />

Apr. 17, 1981, at Coney Island Hospital, Brooklyn. She was 60. Born Apr. 26, 1920, in<br />

Smoke Run, Pa., she was a daughter of Alex and Anna (Orolosky) Korlinchak. She was<br />

preceded in death <strong>by</strong> her parents and brothers, Michael and Joseph. Surviving are these<br />

sisters: Julia Nedrich, Nanty Glo; Catherine Garbarz and Mary Basdan, both of Brooklyn,<br />

N.Y., and Susanne Porter, Columbus, O. Friends were received at the Harry R. Ondriezek<br />

II Funeral Home where the Rosary was recited Tuesday evening. Funeral Mass was<br />

celebrated at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Church <strong>by</strong> the Rev. John J. Neugebauer.<br />
