Kathleen "Kathy" M. DuFour and her husband Robert of Ginter, Susan I. Miller and her<br />

husband Anthony, Sr. of Whiteside, Frank T. Lazeration and his wife Tracy of Houtzdale<br />

and a step daughter, Theresa Jaco<strong>by</strong> and her husband Brian of Houtzdale. He is also<br />

survived <strong>by</strong> nine grandchildren; Michelle Mital and her husband David, Tammy Hamm,<br />

Robert DuFour, Jr. and his wife Jessica, Bryan DuFour and his wife Kristin, Joseph<br />

Lazeration, Anthony Miller, Jr. and his wife Michele, Christopher Miller and his wife<br />

Lindsey, Courtney Yarger and her husband Christopher, Kyle Lazeration; two stepgrandchildren,<br />

Alexis and Kurtis Jaco<strong>by</strong> and seven great grandchildren. Mr. lazeration is<br />

also survived <strong>by</strong> two sisters and a brother; Christine Bendos of Altoona, John Lazeration<br />

and his wife Esther of Ginter and Ann Daniel and her husband Paul of RD Houtzdale. In<br />

addition to his parents and first wife, Mr. Lazeration was preceded in death <strong>by</strong> the<br />

following siblings; Kathryn Lazeration, Susan Wasilko, Helen Bankosky, Mary Bendas,<br />

Madlyn Kechisen, George Lazeration, infant Joseph Lazeration and Paul Lazeration.<br />

Friends will be received on Sunday, March 27, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM and on Monday from<br />

8:30- 9:30 AM at the Kruise Funeral Home, Inc. Ramey. A Parastas service will be held<br />

on Sunday at 7:00 PM in the funeral home with Fr. Anthony Balistreri. Funeral Services<br />

will be held on Monday, March 28 at 10:00 AM in St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church,<br />

Ramey with Fr. Anthony Balistreri officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph<br />

Catholic Cemetery, Osceola Mills. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's<br />

Ukrainian Catholic Church P.O. Box 205 Ramey, PA 16671. Condolences may be sent<br />

LAZERATION, Fred<br />

January 28, 2000, beloved husband of Margaret "Marge" (nee Tomasello); dear father of<br />

Natasha and Michael Lazeration; brother of Betty (Donald) Knowlton and Nancy<br />

Lazeration; son-in-law of Carmella and Anthony Tomasello; brother-in-law of August<br />

"Gus" (Deirdre) Tomasello; also survived <strong>by</strong> many nieces and nephews. The family will<br />

be present to receive friends Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Zurbrick-<br />

Amigone Funeral Home, 5615 Broadway, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at<br />

9:15 AM and from St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 10AM. Flowers gratefully<br />

declined. (January 29, 2000). [Notes: Fred was the cousin of Carol Lazeration Gettings.<br />

Carol reported he was the son of Michael Lazeration and Kathryn Ferance Lazeration.<br />

His grandparents were Wasil Lazeration and Anastasia Pohlid Lazeration, as well as<br />

Michael Ferance and Maria Zinza Ferance.]<br />

LAZERATION, George<br />

George Lazeration of Dixonville, died at his home Tuesday evening March 19 at 9:15.<br />

Born May 1, 1876 in Austria, Mr. Lazeration was a coal miner, and had lived in<br />

Dixonville for forty years. He was a member of St. John's Greek Orthodox Church and<br />

the Greek Catholic Union Brotherhood. He leaves the following children surviving:<br />

Mrs. Kathryn Betsa of Dixonville, John Lazeration, Dixonville, Mrs. Mary Sabel of<br />

Akron, O., Mrs. Annie Wido, Dixonville, Peter Lazeration, Dixonville, Mrs. Nancy<br />

Malinkey, Cleveland, O., Mrs. Helen Fait, New Philadelphia, O. Friends may call at his<br />

late home in Dixonville after 7:30 this evening until 9:00 o'clock Friday morning, when<br />

short services will be held at the home, followed <strong>by</strong> services in St. Johns Greek Orthodox<br />

Catholic Church with Rev. Farosty officiating. Burial will be in the Church cemetery.
