TITLE: If no APL #, Position Title is the one that appears on your most recent SF<br />

Form 50 (Block 15). To update, contact your personnel office. <br />

If APL #, Position Title comes from the approved APL. To update, contact your APL<br />

POC.<br />

CATEGORY: If you are an incumbent of an APL position, this field will be populated<br />

from the APL file. If no APL#, normally this field will be left blank. To change,<br />

contact your APL POC. Refer to Acquisition Position Category Table in the<br />

APPLICATION TABLE. The APC code will not be changed unless it is validated<br />

against the DACM approved APL file. <br />

AAC CERT LVL REQ: If you are an incumbent of an APL position, this field will be<br />

populated from the APL file. Otherwise, it will be left blank. This field indicates the<br />

certification level required for your position. Section X reflects the level achieved. <br />

COMMAND: Indicates the current Major Command, Major Subordinate Command, or<br />

the Major Activity to which the position is assigned. <br />

PERSONNEL OFFICE: This is the supporting CPOC responsible for this position.<br />

<br />

ACQ POS TYPE: If APL #, this field will be populated from the APL file. Otherwise,<br />

it will be left blank. Acquisition Position Type (APT) identifies whether or not the<br />

position is a Critical Acquisition Position (CAP), a workforce position, or a<br />

developmental position, etc. <br />

APL NUMBER: This position number identifies the Acquisition position. The<br />

Acquisition Position List (APL) input is submitted by your Command Headquarters and<br />

approved by the Director, Acquisition <strong>Career</strong> <strong>Management</strong>. Contact your Acquisition<br />

<strong>Career</strong> Manager for further information. <br />

Section II – Security<br />

SECURITY: The data in this section is updated through your local CPO/CPOC and<br />

represents your current clearance type and date. The DCPDS must be updated to<br />

correct this data. <br />

Section III – ACQ Corps Data<br />

SVC COMP D: The Service Computation Date is in MM/DD/YYYY format from<br />

which your Federal service time is derived. <br />

AAC MEMBER: Indicates the AAC membership status. Before posting the change for<br />

this field, the DACM office will review your update request. <br />

AAC ACCESSION DATE: Date on which accession into the <strong>Army</strong> Acquisition Corps<br />

Membership occurred. If you are not an AAC member, this field will be blank. For<br />

further information on AAC Membership Qualification Requirements, visit <strong>Army</strong><br />

Acquisition home page. <br />
