Jerry L. Pletcher<br />

March 25, 1938 – March 7, <strong>2002</strong><br />

Jerry Lee PLETCHER, 63, died at 10:25 a.m. Thursday at his 213 E. Walnut St., Akron,<br />

residence.<br />

Born in Warsaw to Joseph Donald and Viola K. HAUSER PLETCHER, he married<br />

Bonnie J. GRUBBS July 2, 1955 in Aurora. She survives.<br />

Mr. Pletcher was an engineer at Baron C & G Corp. Mobile Homes, Elkhart.<br />

Surviving with his wife, at home, are three daughters, Debra WOLFE and husband<br />

James, Pennie WARD and husband Kenrey, Cindy BUCHER and husband Jerry, all of Akron; one<br />

son, William Max [PLETCHER] and wife Espie, Safford, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren;<br />

three sisters and one brother.<br />

Services are at 2 p.m. Sunday at King Memorial Home, Mentone, with Rev. J.P.<br />

FREEMAN officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Mentone Cemetery. Friends may call one<br />

hour prior to services.<br />

Raymond Neely<br />

Raymond NEELY, 72, 300 E. Fourth St., died at 8:40 a.m. today at Hickory Creek of<br />

Rochester. Arrangements are pending at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester.<br />

Raymond K. Neely<br />

June 22, 1929 - March 8, <strong>2002</strong><br />

Raymond K. NEELY, 72, 300 E. 4th St., Rochester, passed away at 8:40 a.m. Friday,<br />

March 8, at Hickory Creek Health Care Center, Rochester.<br />

Born on June 22, 1929 in Louisville, Kentucky he was the son of William L. & Mildred<br />

(BROOKS) NEELY. He married Cora L. BENEFIEL on Aug. 1, 1971 in Logansport, she<br />

survives.<br />

He was a retired steam plant fire tender at the Logansport State Hospital, and was a<br />

member of the First Assembly of God Church in Logansport, Indiana.<br />

Survivors including his wife are, two step-daughters, Sue K. and husband Tim<br />

McFARLAND, Rochester; Martha Ellen and husband Tim ROLLAND, Riverview, FL; four stepsons,<br />

Gene and wife Teena BAKER; Larry and wife Reba K. BAKER, both of Logansport; Jerry<br />

and wife Gladys BAKER, Cleveland, TN; and Michael R. PRICE, Rochester. 16 grandchildren<br />

and 29 great-grandchildren.<br />

Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester with<br />

Rev. Robert GEORGE officiating. Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home<br />

and one hour prior to service. Burial will be at the Zion Cemetery in Lucerne, IN.<br />

Mary Kathryn Hisey<br />

Oct. 19, 1927 - March 6, <strong>2002</strong><br />

Mary Kathryn HISEY, 74, of 2047 N. Old U.S. 31, Rochester, died March 6 at her<br />

residence after an unexpected illness.<br />

Born October 19, 1927 in Marshall <strong>County</strong> to Harley & Willodean SHIVELY BECK, she<br />

lived most of her life in the Rochester Community, coming from the <strong>Fulton</strong> & Mt. Zion areas. On
